PolkaTap: NFC Tap-and-Pay for Kusama/Polkadot

PolkaTap is an open-source Android app enabling seamless NFC tap-and-pay on Kusama and Polkadot networks. Tap a tag to send KSM/DOT with a privacy toggle for shielded transactions (mocked for demo; JAM integration planned). Features 1% skim to DAO treasury, live testnet RPC, glowing wolf icon animation, and NDEF tag read/write for merchant slips. Built for the Polkadot Builder Party hackathon and JAM prizes—fork, build, and contribute to on-chain payments.

This is a multi-platform (MacOS, Linux, Windows) Desktop App providing a UI to drive srtool (https://gitlab.com/chevdor/srtool) with only a few clicks and without the need to be using the command line.

CLI to calculate the proposal hash of a given wasm runtime. This CLI is used by srtool.
