Fix import dir cleanup

What does this MR do and why?

• Fixes bug where import directory cleanup was not pointing to the proper directory, but actually pointing at a file name in the root of the project. This was causing import directories to fill up.
• Harden security checks.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Have a file in the import directory that's older than 1 day.
2. Start up Crafty - it should be removed.
