OpenConnect fix for newer OpenSSL versions/better compatibility

Upon updating my system from Fedora 39 to 40, my vpn stopped working via OpenConnect. After a bit of troubleshooting, I found the solution as described here to work successfully. It appears to be a compatibility issue with newer versions of OpenSSL. I saw the CSD page requested you contact the devs for ways to improve compatibility, so thought I'd submit this MR as a quick fix for anyone else who may be facing this issue. If there is a better way to implement this then by all means feel free to change it, it was a bit of a headache trying to figure out why it suddenly stopped working.
