Adding support for Logitech G600 Mouse

Initial commit for Logitech G600.

Added a new RGBController and Controller for this mouse, and registered them with the existing Logitech Controller Detector. The controller itself is a very simple implementation; there may be a way to persist settings to the device in the future, but I wasn't able to find a way to reliably do that yet.
