replace `inputs.lix-module.nixosModules.lix` with
`inputs.minibase.nixosModules.lix`. our module just configures your nix
to conform with the reccomended stable builds from nixpkgs. this may
change again in the future, but now that we have our own module in place
future updates should be transparent to end users.

we are no longer bundling the lix module flake because it isn't
considered a stable config.
