What is Flex?

Flex helps you split your rent into two payments so it’s easier to manage around your paychecks.

How does Flex work?

Make your 1st payment, and your rent will be paid in full and on time. You pick a date later in the month to make your 2nd payment.

Where does Flex work?

Flex works directly with your property or portal. However, you don’t need your building or landlord to partner directly with Flex to use it. In that case, we’ll provide you with a virtual debit card or bank account to pay your rent.

How will my rent be split?

We look at your financial information to approve you for a credit line, which determines your split amount. You’ll see your payment amounts clearly before you decide to move forward.

What does Flex cost?

Does Flex charge late fees?
