It was already nighttime when Timothy came home from playing pretend with Qiu and Tamarack. He told his day to his mum and he asked if he can swear for just one time only. Opal decides to humor him. Timmy muttered, "We found some sticks. It was a cool f#cking sh#tick- stick." And Opal's cheeks puffed up before she burst out laughing. Timothy was surprised to see her laugh, he didn't make any jokes this time. Maybe it was because he swore twice in a row instead? But seeing her laugh this much made him feel nostalgic somehow. By then, Timothy quietly laughed alongside with his mum. He was glad she seemed happier now.
Opal caught her breath as she mentioned how proud to see Timothy getting used to living their new home. her son couldn't reply except gave her a weak smile. She stood up from the antique couch and told him she got a surprise for Timothy.
After reading the letter, something finally snapped Timothy. Once 1 AM strikes, Timothy decides to leave for a 'brief' moment to see his old friends again. He thought he was okay with the changes, he thought how there's always a chance he can see his old friends again. Timothy York who moved homes three times by now, he should've gotten used to it! So tell him why does he still feel sad and angry since he arrived at Golden Grove?

have you turned off animations? It may help a bit, but I did that and I still crash at times so maybe if you have an older phone, it just can't handle it very well or you don't have enough space (I think RAM wise) for the game to run comfortably
Yoo, long time lurker that sometimes replies to comments, does anyone know the difference between small and medium sizes? Because it's not all that explained in what we have in the demo yet, and I've just been defaulting to using medium for all my mc's
I do remember that Qiu was described as scrawny in step 2 but that doesn't help much with how the medium build actually looks like in game
I assume it just means average but average can also vary so my adhd autistic ass is struggling lmao
I’d assume that small = qiu/scrawny and medium = average while large is around Tamarack because she is described to be chubby right? I’m not too sure either I always think about it lol
If it helps to get a frame of reference for the sizes, Tamarack is considered short in all Steps, while Qiu is Tall in Step 1, and average in all other Steps. Thanks for following!

it would always crash during Step 2, during raining moments 💔 (edit: found out that you could toggle the animations). Maybe it's a problem on my old phone (I figured I should also play Our Life 2 here bc I discovered and finished Our Life B&A on this phone), but I'll try it out on my other mobile gadgets. Other than that, I love it so much!! Fell in love with the first work of this series, and I can't wait for this one to be finished as well ><

I just finished playing the whole demo and ICL, I'm thoroughly hooked! I'm surprised of how much content I've read despite it being only the demo (took me 12 hours, I'm planning to replay sometime soon). I've played OL:BA just this week before playing this one, and I have to say, I'm so intrigued by the concept of having 2 LIs this time, and instead of Summer and Sunset Bird, we get the amazing, wonderous season of Fall in this magical, wholesome town, Golden Crove. It's definitely improved from the last game with cute and beautiful art, animation and memorable characters. The soundtrack though... Reminds me of Chinese ambience in the best way (if that's intentional). I love it!
I can't wait to see more of where this story will eventually lead and dive deeper into the world of Autumn (or in Chinese, Qiu!). 🍂🧡

first there is Tobias Winters though he prefers too just be called Toby he's transmasc and a bit taller than Tamarack , he dosent talk much partialy out of general disintrest in being social and partially due to trouble with speech aswell as low social battery , he is very much not a fan of convrotation or changes especially if their unexpected , he is extremly determined too achive is dreams and make the best out of everything , his favorite animals are defenitly macaws , in step 1 he is friends with tamarack they'd totally explore the forest together but isnt with qiu he finds him kinda annoying , his birthday is december 9th , he is norweigan and spend most of his earlier life living there and tends too speak norwegain with his mom more than english
second is Nathalie Leonhardt she also gets called Nelly , yet too realise she's transmasc , a bit shorter than Darren, currently leaning very into being as fem as possible not really the biggest fan of it though , she does ballet iirc qiu also those ballet so they would probably end up doing it together she also likes to garden , she as herterchromia and usual one of her eyes get covered by her hair so some people end up thinking she has blue eyes and other that she has dark brown , shes friends with both qiu and tamarack in step 1 , she tends to be friendly and open , dosent particularly care for rules , she has alot of sensory issues partiuclalry with textures , her birthday is Febuary 2nd third is
Perla Beryl Hirschel she's also fine with being called Pearl , Perla goes by she/they , they thinks theory mom is really cool and wants to be like her when she gets older , she's bestfreinds with both tramarack and qiu and is mabye slightly crushing on tamarack , shes also friends with qiu , they really like clothing with berry or fruit patterns their favorite holiday is christmas her favorite berries are cranberries , she really likes collecting things she finds in the forest with her friends , in step 1 she's very cheerful and energetic and wants too befriend everywhone , they really struggle with math in partculary and have alot of trouble focusing on stuff , has a special interest in vintage design & Ungulates , favorite subject would be biology & art , birthday is mai 30th
fourthed is Kayne Eiche , their nonbinary and go by they/them , their birthday is at the start of sepetember and so they are techinacly 11 due too staying behind in kindergarden for another year , their mostly nonverbal , they do alot of art and are really good at it they also really like to make stories specfically they are good at fashion desgin and love to decroate clothing , they are pretty social but have trouble makeing friends due to beinga bit weird too alot of kids they tend to act more creatureish , loves horror creepy things biology also , kind of aphresive toward tamarack especialyl at the start of step 1 they find her overwhelming and they like qiu usually , has very high senstivity towards light and noise , really like autumn wheater
and lastly there is Udo Lenau , he is also transmasc and a bit feral he has alot of problems with his anger and tends to get labeld as a bit of a problem kid by many adults thogh he is not mostly just autistic and stressed out by so many things , he loves the water and too swim and has little issues with the cold his favorite animals are polar bears and lizards , he loves learning new things , he is pretty much always running around in those rain boots whatever their called in english , he is constantly running around and also kinda of clumsy (he defenitly has dyspraxia i tihnk) , gets stresssed when he feels like he isnt in control of stuff (kayne is also kinda like that) , his favorite season is winter , , he dosent like being sperate from his friends he starts out hateing tamamrack but then changes his mind and they become best friends and he tolares qiu they are also all autistic & intersex cause i love projecting i think they'd all also be friends with each other if you want you could also ask more me about them you dont have too though

JUST FINISHED PLAYING AND IT WAS A FEELING OF ROLLERCOASTER. There were some sad moments and also happy moments! I love this game so much and couldn't wait for the DLC's and other steps to come! I just finished playing the whole demo and ICL, I'm thoroughly hooked! I'm surprised of how much content I've read despite it being only the demo (took me 12 hours, I'm planning to replay sometime soon). I've played OL:BA just this week before playing this one, and I have to say, I'm so intrigued by the concept of having 2 LIs this time, and instead of Summer and Sunset Bird, we get the amazing, wonderous season of Fall in this magical, wholesome town, Golden Crove. It's definitely improved from the last game with cute and beautiful art, animation and memorable characters. The soundtrack though... Reminds me of Chinese ambience in the best way (if that's intentional). I love it!
I can't wait to see more of where this story will eventually lead and dive deeper into the world of Autumn (or in Chinese, Qiu!). 🍂🧡

first there is Tobias Winters though he prefers too just be called Toby he's transmasc and a bit taller than Tamarack , he dosent talk much partialy out of general disintrest in being social and partially due to trouble with speech aswell as low social battery , he is very much not a fan of convrotation or changes especially if their unexpected , he is extremly determined too achive is dreams and make the best out of everything , his favorite animals are defenitly macaws , in step 1 he is friends with tamarack they'd totally explore the forest together but isnt with qiu he finds him kinda annoying , his birthday is december 9th , he is norweigan and spend most of his earlier life living there and tends too speak norwegain with his mom more than english second is Nathalie Leonhardt she also gets called Nelly , yet too realise she's transmasc , a bit shorter than Darren, currently leaning very into being as fem as possible not really the biggest fan of it though , she does ballet iirc qiu also those ballet so they would probably end up doing it together she also likes to garden , she as herterchromia and usual one of her eyes get covered by her hair so some people end up thinking she has blue eyes and other that she has dark brown , shes friends with both qiu and tamarack in step 1 , she tends to be friendly and open , dosent particularly care for rules , she has alot of sensory issues partiuclalry with textures , her birthday is Febuary 2nd third is
Perla Beryl Hirschel she's also fine with being called Pearl , Perla goes by she/they , they thinks theory mom is really cool and wants to be like her when she gets older , she's bestfreinds with both tramarack and qiu and is mabye slightly crushing on tamarack , shes also friends with qiu , they really like clothing with berry or fruit patterns their favorite holiday is christmas her favorite berries are cranberries , she really likes collecting things she finds in the forest with her friends , in step 1 she's very cheerful and energetic and wants too befriend everywhone , they really struggle with math in partculary and have alot of trouble focusing on stuff , has a special interest in vintage design & Ungulates , favorite subject would be biology & art , birthday is mai 30th
fourthed is Kayne Eiche , their nonbinary and go by they/them , their birthday is at the start of sepetember and so they are techinacly 11 due too staying behind in kindergarden for another year , their mostly nonverbal , they do alot of art and are really good at it they also really like to make stories specfically they are good at fashion desgin and love to decroate clothing , they are pretty social but have trouble makeing friends due to beinga bit weird too alot of kids they tend to act more creatureish , loves horror creepy things biology also , kind of aphresive toward tamarack especialyl at the start of step 1 they find her overwhelming and they like qiu usually , has very high senstivity towards light and noise , really like autumn wheater
and lastly there is Udo Lenau , he is also transmasc and a bit feral he has alot of problems with his anger and tends to get labeld as a bit of a problem kid by many adults thogh he is not mostly just autistic and stressed out by so many things , he loves the water and too swim and has little issues with the cold his favorite animals are polar bears and lizards , he loves learning new things , he is pretty much always running around in those rain boots whatever their called in english , he is constantly running around and also kinda of clumsy (he defenitly has dyspraxia i tihnk) , gets stresssed when he feels like he isnt in control of stuff (kayne is also kinda like that) , his favorite season is winter , , he dosent like being sperate from his friends he starts out hateing tamamrack but then changes his mind and they become best friends and he tolares qiu they are also all autistic & intersex cause i love projecting i think they'd all also be friends with each other if you want you could also ask more me about them you dont have too though
