Shipping policy

(1) The delivery times specified by us are calculated from the date of the order confirmation, provided the purchase price has been paid in advance (except for invoice purchases, e.g. via Klarna). If no delivery time or no differing delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is generally 2-4 working days (Monday to Saturday) for deliveries within Italia. 

(2) The following delivery restrictions apply: The Provider only delivers to Customers who have their habitual residence (billing address and delivery address) in one of the countries selectable at the time of the order.

(3) The corresponding shipping costs – if applicable – are stated for the Customer in the order process and the order form and are to be borne by the Customer.

(4) The goods are shipped by parcel service (carrier at the Provider’s choice, usually DHL). The Provider bears the risk of loss or damage during shipping if the Customer is a consumer.
