Anyone still under the impression that AI/Chatgpt etc, is ‘human’ or intelligent, will probably wake up once the hype has blown over and perhaps a good portion of the population will continue to use AI to summarise wiki articles for them in a soothing voice. The word “guide” in 1st Timothy 5:14 is the Greek Word oikodespoteo and means “to be the head of (that is, rule) the house.” Notice that the Bible says the man is the head of the wife, not the house. Instead, the unsaved, heathen world has women entering into the military, politics and the corporate world. The Bible says in 1st Timothy 5:15 that they are turned aside after Satan. Women who file for divorce do not love their husband and are blaspheming the Word of God. The word “discreet” in Titus 2:4-5 means “safe in mind, that is, self-controlled (moderate as to opinion or passion).” Women today are reckless, going from one relationship to another. The Lord gave us His commandments to instruct us how to live, how to treat each other and how to please Him. Most people don't believe the Bible. Most people have believed the lie that men wrote the Bible to control other men, as a form of religious manipulation.

Abraham and Sarah were great lovers of God and yet struggled with pragmatism at times; for instance, in Genesis 12:10 Abraham’s decision to go into Egypt because of a famine. He put his wife in jeopardy and was reproved by a pagan king. Again, in Genesis 16, both Abraham and Sarah came up with a plan to help God provide the promised seed, impatience led to pragmatism which resulted in disobedience. The principles of God’s Word must dictate our every decision, and success must be determined by our Lord and not by the results. Let us take heed to the examples given to us in the Bible, for even good and godly people can become pragmatic at times which result in serious consequences. Fear God, keep His commandments, follow His ways and stay in fellowship with Him. Pragmatism rejects absolute truth and emphasizes practice over principle. May God help every Christian to abhor this evil and never replace theology with methodology. May we cling to the truth and never cut corners off the gospel of Jesus Christ.
