@martynhowarth I have a 1-year Pro subscription, but it hasn’t been working for almost two weeks now.

I received a reply from support:

Based on the number of reports we've received recently, there's an ongoing issue at the moment. We're actively exploring all the potential causes, but we don't have specifics yet to share.

The issue was already escalated to our Technical team for further investigation. We'll get back to you when we have an update.
