to open a new tab...

Hello,
i'd like to know if there a way to open a new TAB (NOT WINDOW !) when i clic on a link ? (and no, SHIFT + CLIC will open a new WINDOW , not a tab...)

@aristeus ok i get my answer, to whoever is interested the COMMAND key is ... the key !
⌘ + CLIC will open a new tab, while you stay on the actual
when
CLIC + ⌘ will not open a new tab but update the one you in !
