I believe the right way is to Report Abuse - have you already done that?

reporting is an exercise in futility.
the abusive items are simply “closed“ and not removed.
the offending links are still available.
I am not a Gitlab employee, I just use Gitlab as a community member I help out here. I cannot help you. If you cannot report it, then not much anyone can do other than contact Gitlab directly via a support ticket, or by using the report abuse option which has already been explained.
And obviously, don’t expect someone to immediately action and abuse you report, it takes time. However long that will be, who knows…

Please use the documented workflow for reporting abuse on GitLab.com, also shared by @paula.kokic above. There is a dedicated security team handling abuse reports at GitLab.
