Architectural Association Design Research Lab is one of the world's foremost pioneering graduate design programmes. AADRL required a way of compiling the first ten years of student projects developed by 104 design teams, the work of 25 esteemed graduates, 27 entries to the DRL Ten Pavilion competition, and projects by current DRL staff.

The energy and intensity of the image rich content was spliced together between bold typographic section dividers. Various matt paper stocks were used to introduce interviews, essays, methodologies, and present the main project pages, with magazine gloss reserved for the most eminent projects by staff and alumni.
