Hello.

 

I've been having problems with my queue list for three days now. If I start listening to something on the app, pause it, exit the app, and then come back, there's nothing there to continue listening to. It's as if my queue list is reset every time I exit the Deezer app. Because of this, the queue synchronization between my phone and my computer is obviously not working either. I've been using Deezer for over six years and have never had this problem before. I tried all the solutions I found online and none of them worked. I contacted support, they replied, I did what they told me to do, but the problem persisted. In the last email, they just told me that they would send my case to another team and that they'd get back to me after they got feedback from them. This is a bit frustrating. If anyone here has had the same problem as me and managed to solve it, I'm all ears.

Try these basic tips:

• Clear the app cache in Settings -> Data & Storage -> Delete All. (You'll need to redownload your tracks)
If it doesn't work →

• Increase the app cache in Settings -> Data & Storage.
If it doesn't work →

• Sign out of Deezer and sign back in with your email and password.
If it doesn't work →

• Uninstall the app and reinstall it from Google Play, the Apple Store, or the Deezer download page.

Hello I confirm this issue.

As per issues with queue sync, the behaviour I experience is that a) Deezer is COMPLETELY empty on android auto b) I have to play something on mobile before starting the car c) it takes AGES to load on mobile (which Is a separate issue I saw multiple users reported) d) after it loads, after some 10 sec of playback it only then syncs back to some “old queue it remembered”, literally ruining it all and forcing me back to something I had on some time ago (maybe the most recent thing I'd listened to?). Deezer used to work so well 1Y ago…

Yes, I also had this issue where my queue on my phone reverted to something I was listening to a few days ago, as if there was some kind of “delay” in the sync. And I also don't have the button to enable/disable queue sync on the Deezer desktop version, only on my phone.

Anyway, I still haven't been able to find a solution to my issue. Two days after I posted this topic, my queue reappeared and started syncing between my phone and my computer on its own. Then on September 17, they released an update, and after I updated my devices, my queue disappeared again and stopped syncing once more. It stayed that way for a little over a week, and now it's syncing on its own again. Deezer has become a box of surprises for me.


Update on the above:

  • Looks like the missing que sync button is a temporary issue for some builds (that’s what support is saying - investigating now).
  • Clearing up both Deezer and AA data incl. cache helped.
