I'm on the latest version of Android and the app is updated to the latest version. I like to make playlists and depending on what mood I'm in, I'll shuffle one of them until I complete it. However, every time I close the app and reopen it later, my Now Playing disappears and my progress on my playlist is lost. This is beyond frustrating and I'm considering moving to another service. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

From what I gather in your message, you play a playlist until it finishes.

And you mention that when you close and reopen Deezer, the playlist essentially starts again from the beginning.

Personally, I start and stop playlists multiple times a day and I don’t experience this issue.

Have you already tried the usual suggestions like clearing the cache? And if you’ve tried Deezer on another device (if possible), do you encounter the same problem there?
