How long does it take for the account to return to normal?

 

I’ve been waiting over a week. Been charged my next month. Still no musics.

MS1002 error, 

I gave up and cancelled my subscription and then signed up again as a new user.  Now I have music. 

There is no easy way to say this without sounding abrasive, but your support has been no help what so ever. I barely have been responded to. I had no information on when the service would be restored or anything other than essentially “hold tight”
I emailed daily. 

Anyway, I have access to music now and I back to enjoying the music.

It usually takes a few days, but if it’s been over a week and you’ve been charged, you should contact customer support to fix it.

I gave up. by the time i think i got the email saying it was ok it had been more than 2 months. cancelled my account
