We will ship your order by Registered Air Small Packet, which is the most economical way to ship your order.
However, this service is only available for shipments weighing less than 2.0 kg net weight. If your order is over 2.0 kg, we will ship by EMS or Registered Air Mail, whichever is less expensive. In the latter case, you may be asked to refund or pay the excess charge as an adjustment to the shipping cost.
=Important request to U.S. Residents=
Since August 18, 2024, new requirements for compliance with the Air Cargo Advance Screening (ACAS) program has been implemented by the U.S. authorities. As a result, not only the consignee's e-mail address but also his/her telephone number are required at every shipping. Thank you for your cooperation.
= Achtung!! Residents in Germany please note! =
Over the past five years, approximately 20% of the packages sent to Germany by Registered Air Small Packet have been returned to us without proper delivery. The following two specific cases have been reported.
1) When the recipient is not available, the package is held at the delivery office without notification of the missed delivery and returned to us after its storage period has expired.
2) Cases in which there is no evidence of an attempted delivery, and the package is held at the delivery office and returned after its storage period has expired.
To avoid these "accidents" (negligence), we strongly recommend that you check your tracking # regularly (every few days), which we will provide to you upon shipment. We cannot be held responsible for returned shipments. Order cancellations for returned orders will be handled with a refund minus shipping and handling charges. If you wish to resend the order, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.

There are no special changes.
Our shipping costs are listed in Japanese yen, but if you convert them to your local currency, you will see how reasonable they’ve become.
Due to the ever-changing international postal situation, the shipping charges shown on our BC page may not be perfect. We reserve the right to change shipping rates and discuss shipping methods on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

=Exchanges/returns/cancellations=
Basically we can't accept any return goods except we shipped wrong items or error goods. Wrong items or error goods should be reported within a week after receiving the item and we'll discuss about it. We can't accept any claims after one week.
After shipping the package, we are not responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by the shipping company.
We cannot be held responsible for returned shipments related to a consignee's failure or delivery accident or negligence. =For cancellations of physical editions of musical works prior to shipment=
For works that have a digital version, we will treat the purchase as if the purchaser has downloaded the music and will refund the purchase price minus the price of the digital version.
