I’ve been working in coffee for the last 2 years and have gradually learnt more and more about it, even writing a 5000 word essay on “What does environmental change mean for Ethiopia's coffee industry?”. (Read using that hyperlink) I have also attended LCF twice and Brighton coffee fest once, this was great for meeting some industry specialists!
