We offer refunds for unused credits. If you have purchased credits but have not used them, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund according to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
You Are Eligible for a Refund If:
- You have purchased credits within the last 30 days
- The credits have NOT been used or consumed
- Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
- You request the refund through our official support channels
You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:
- You have already used any portion of the purchased credits
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase
- Your account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations
- You purchased credits during a promotional offer (special terms may apply)
- You received credits as a gift or bonus (free credits are non-refundable)
2. Refund Process
To request a refund for unused credits:
- Submit a Request: Contact our support team at support@nudify-ai.top
- Provide Information: Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Verification: We will verify that your credits are unused and within the eligible timeframe
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Payment Return: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
3. Partial Credit Usage
Important: Once you use ANY credits from your purchase, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable. We cannot issue partial refunds for partially used credit packages.
Example: If you purchase 100 credits and use even 1 credit, the remaining 99 credits are no longer eligible for refund. Please ensure you want to use our Service before consuming any credits.
4. Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based purchases:
- Monthly subscriptions can be refunded if canceled within 48 hours of initial purchase and no credits have been used
- Subscription refunds do not apply to renewal charges
- Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
5. Promotional and Bonus Credits
Non-Refundable: Free credits, bonus credits, promotional credits, and credits received through affiliate programs are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
6. Chargebacks
⚠️ Important Warning:
If you file a chargeback with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through our support team, your account will be immediately suspended and all credits will be forfeited. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will attempt to resolve the technical issue first
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund or credit adjustment at our discretion
8. Exceptions and Discretion
We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, including situations not explicitly covered by this policy. All refund decisions are final.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
