This guide will explain how to effectively use the Reminder feature within Vepaar's WhatsApp CRM to stay on top of your customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

Reminders in Vepaar act as digital flags that notify you about upcoming tasks or important information related to your WhatsApp conversations. You can set reminders for various purposes, such as:

  • Following up with leads after an initial conversation
  • Sending birthday or anniversary greetings to customers
  • Scheduling product demos or calls
  • Remembering to send pending invoices or quotes and many more..

Set Reminders from the Extension

  • Select the contact and click on “Create Reminder” icon.
  • Add Title & Description.
  • Set the due date of the Reminder & click on create.

  • Select the contact for which you want to set reminder
  • Add the details and click on "Create"

You will receive notifications in the following ways:

  • On the web, via the bell icon present on top right-hand side on every screen
  • On the extension, via the bell icon
  • As a push notification on the mobile app
