There are a variety of channels to contact Retool Support teams for different use cases.

Report a breakage

If you're using Retool Cloud and suspect an outage, open the Help menu in your Retool instance and submit the issue through the Report a breakage form. Reporting issues here is the best way to help Retool determine the severity and scale of potential impact of new issues.

We run a suite of tests on every report and alert our engineers when symptoms match infrastructure updates, internal logging, or multiple customer reports. Issues impacting only one organization will receive a summary of our investigation within 1 business day.

Billing and account administration support

  • Supported tiers: All customers
  • Available support issue types: Resolve access issues, provide administrative support, process refunds, review invoices
  • Response time: We aim to respond within 2 business days

Enterprise support

  • Supported tiers: Enterprise plan customers
  • Available support types: Direct technical support from our Support Engineering team
  • Response time: Response times and guarantees per the Enterprise Support Policy

    Retool's own Community Engineers host live office hours on Zoom two times per week. Join to ask specific questions or discuss various use cases in a group setting.
