A couple of years ago, I had an app made for me by a freelancer. They said they entered a promo code that would expire after a certain period of time. Now, as I understand it, that period has expired, I have received a bill, and I cannot find that freelancer. The only problem is that I didn’t use the number of people specified there (I needed and used 2 users instead of 5). Perhaps the developer specified more when testing, but I don’t know the exact reasons. If I change it to 2 users now and pay, will I also have to pay the $540 shown in the screenshot?
