I need to disable the auto email forwarding option in the G Suite admin panel. If this feature remains enabled, users could forward all emails to their personal email IDs automatically, which poses a significant data theft risk.

  1. Go to Menu and then Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > End User Access.

    Requires having the Gmail Settings administrator privilege.

  2. (Optional) To apply the setting to a department or team, at the side, select an organizational unit. Show me how

  3. Click Automatic forwardingand thenuncheck the Allow users to automatically forward email to another address box.

  4. Click Save. Or, you might click Override for an organizational unit .

    To later restore the inherited value, click Inherit.
