How to get access to SignGemma?

I’m part of a research team working on accessibility solutions. My team’s looking to utilize SignGemma for ASL to English translation. Is SignGemma still available? If so, how can it be accessed? I found the original feedback form, but it’s been closed, and trying to contact the form’s owner via the available link results in a 409 error. Any help would be appreciated.
