*Please note:
- All issued sponsorship contracts must be signed within 7 business days after receipt, otherwise, the package will be passed along to the next interested party.
- Some sponsorship payments will require a split payment between Rakuten Advertising and the activation vendor, in which case details will be specified into the sponsorship contracts
- Session times are not yet finalised and are subject to change until the final agenda is released
