The initial logo of Yerkir Real Estate was globe-shaped, symbolizing Planet Earth, the world’s biggest real estate. As their logo is widely recognized in the local market, we repurposed the globe shape from the old logo and made a new logo from scratch. Keeping in mind their globe-shaped narrative, we decided to add a horizon to the logo and develop the identity elements based on it representing the sunrise.
