Or whatever the heck you want to call it. This recipe is basically a giant deconstructed Croque Monsieur (aka ham, cheese, French Bread, and all things delicious).

Bread pudding! Rum sauce- Into a saucepan combine 3tbsp salted butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk & 1/4 cup of dark rum. Cook on low until small bubbles form around pot. Stir frequently. Then whisk in a cornstarch slurry (2tsp cornstarch/2 tsp water) Let it come up to a boil, the sauce will thicken! Cut the heat.
