AKG-Y500

Replacement parts for AKG Y500 audio headsets.

Print Recommendations

Settings Slicer Value Note
Layer Height 0.2 mm
Horizontal Expansion Cura -0.137 mm .4 mm nozzle

Built-in supports

The model features built-in supports. I added some 1 mm tall 10 mm diameter cylinders for more bed adhesion in the slicer.

Tolerances

The slider is designed with no tolerances. If your print does not fit, consider modifying you slicer settings. Remember to keep it big enough to still leave enough material to print the thinnest bit of the [inside part](files/AKG Y500-HullInside.stl).
