I’m having an issue on New Outlook.  When sending an email I set the the email to not file, and afterwards an old style filing box shows up after the email is sent about 3 to 10 seconds after the email is sent.  Why is it trying to double file things? 

When we try to file emails in MM many projects don’t file. They are either Cancelled or have Error: the remote server returned an error in the Progress column. We do not have a physical server. I have requested help with this before but it keeps happening. Can anyone help with this?Thank you.

When will Mail Manager be able to scan an entire Sharepoint library and automatically find and index all emails? This would be useful for us.  We have a SP library with tens of thousands of folders and subfolders, some of which (but not all) have emails in them.  New folders are created all the time.  It is far too much effort to manually find all the email locations.  And we don’t want to have to create a new MM location every time we save an email in a new place.

I can’t open personal emails from the Search function in Mail Manager. I suspect that is because I have a new computer and it doesn’t recognize me.

I have had a user report to me that on occasion when sending an email he gets the bellow messagesThe only way to get round this is to restart Outlook a few times and rewrite the email until it sends and then all is fine for a whilePlease advise anything I can try to fix this problem 

Good afternoon, one of my users found that Mail Manager did not seem to be working on his PC. When I looked at his set up to check that Outlook was not disabling the add-in, but it did not show in the list of COM add-ins. It has previously worked on his PC and none of my other users are reporting problems.I have reinstalled but it is still not loading or showing in the list of add-ins.Can you suggest what I need to check to resolve this problem? I have a copy of the Logs folder from his profile if this is of any use.Many thanks,Eddie Wright
