I’m loving cookies cakes so much. So many different things to do with them. For this chocolate dipped version, I felt like my chocolate was a bit too thick. Here’s what I’ll do next time/ 1. Thin chocolate with a bit of coconut oil 2. Fill mold with chocolate only 1/4 full so the ratio of chocolate to cookie is more appropriate 3.
