Using the High Protein Vegan E-Book Collection for all my meals so I don’t have to calculate or plan my meals, just simply follow the balanced recipes and eat! My daily protein target is 110g. The recipes I use from the ebooks are anywhere from 20g-35g+ protein per serving, focus on micronutrients as much as macronutrients, and are simple and quick to prep so I don’t have to spend all my spare time in the kitchen. Healthy eating is really important to me, so I make it a priority.
