The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with the staff offering to upgrade to a more romantic setting. The attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The housekeeping service is limited, with only one cleaning provided for the entire stay.

This hotel is great in terms of location. It's just a short walk away from Knightsbridge tube station, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of nice little restaurants nearby to choose from. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, with extremely comfy beds. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. All in all, a well-run establishment in a prime location.

During my Christmas stay, two things stood out about this hotel: its prime location and the comfortable rooms. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff immediately made me feel at ease and surprised me with a wonderful upgrade. The location is really good, just a short walk from Knightsbridge tube station, providing easy access to the Underground and the rest of the city. The interiors in the townhouse were lovely, and the staff, especially the luggage assistants, were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel had a homely and boutique feel to it.

We had a wonderful stay at The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse. The location was perfect, right by Harrods and just a short walk to the tube. The cozy English vibes made us feel right at home, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the comfortable rooms and the wide selection of channels on the Sky TV. The highlight for us was being able to check in early after a long flight - a great start to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The customer service at Capital Hotel was great. When our air conditioning didn't work, Stephanie at the reception desk were pretty good too make us comfortable. She provided a fan, free drinks in the bar, and complimentary breakfast. The Guest Relations Manager, Yubin Park, even greeted us by name on our second visit. The location was also ideal, just a block away from Knightsbridge Underground Station and near Harrod's. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge. the hotel had exclusive amenities such as a fully equipped gym and a private sauna. Our room was spacious with beautiful antique furnishings and high, end bedding. the staff were attentive and our requests were promptly fulfilled. the location was ideal for high, end shopping and exploring London's cultural landmarks.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of in, room coffee and tea making facilities. this was easily resolved by ordering room service.
