3D Warehouse is a website of searchable, pre-made 3D models that works seamlessly with SketchUp.

Abel Design Group was selected for the building fitness center design as well as for other public areas interior design of the 1415 Louisiana building. An 8,000 sq.ft. addition fitness center as a building amenity for tenants.

The sensory experience at DOCK 1A begins the moment you step into the lift lobbies and cart. Ship structure-inspired ceilings and bespoke wooden floors evokes the traditional Sampans. This nautical narrative continues along the escalator, where a ”fisher wall” with canvas artfully woven through wooden joinery resembles the billowing sails of a boat, fully immersing visitors in the maritime story.
