I honestly thought I couldn’t do it.

Last September, I challenged myself to start walking 10,000 steps a day because my average at the time was around 6500 steps.

I wasn’t sure how I was gonna make up the difference based on my average to hit 10k steps a day .

Apparently, I figured it out because today I’ve been walking 10k steps daily for more than seven months 🚶‍♀️ 

No one is more surprised than me.
