Method: 1. In a pan, melt some butter over medium heat. 2. Add lemon pepper, fish spice, and paprika to the melted butter. Stir well to combine. 3. Add your cleaned prawns to the pan. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. 4. Add a tablespoon of garlic and ginger to the pan and Lemon Zest then mix until well combined. 6. Pour in about 1/2 cup of fresh cream. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. 7. Once the sauce has thickened, remove the pan from the heat. Garnish with fresh parsley.

400g Raw king prawns/shrimp
1/2 tsp each of the following - dried oregano, garlic granules, paprika, onion granules
1/4 tsp each Sea salt & ground black pepper

For dredging -
1/4 cup Corn flour
1 Large egg white, beaten
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Mango habanero sauce -
2 tbsp Butter
60ml Mango preserve/pulp
1 tbsp Encona West Indian hot pepper sauce (it has to be this one)
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Lime juice
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder (optional)
