“Blue” LP gets a long-awaited vinyl reissue in June. Despite receiving zero press coverage since its release in 2021, this record still somehow found a few dedicated fans. "Blue" remains one of the most important collaborative works I was lucky to be a part of. It is a deep and sincere sonic dialogue of two melancholic souls. "Blue" also allowed us to raise funds, which we’ve consistently donated to Ukrainian defense and humanitarian needs. Ahead of the vinyl reissue I am selling these 4 rare hand-signed test presses of "Blue". All proceeds from them, as well as from the reissue itself, will go to @livyj_bereh volunteer team to support Ukrainian defense and humanitarian needs. 4 test-presses are available through Bandcamp and the record itself is up for pre-order at www.juno.co.uk/products/pavel-milyakov-yana-pavlova-blue-vinyl/1077996-01/

I wouldn't have guessed an erotics of farming to be at its heart—the sensuality of this album is clear, but it is of the sort that reminds me how alien desire can be (to ourselves and to others). Vocals evoke a choppier AGF, though with the ASMR-softness of Felicia Atkinson, all woven into Dubby rhythms. I get more intrigued with each listen. There be weird ear worms in these apples... lionvalley
