Holiday Fun
Must have for holiday dioramas. The set comes with 2 unique caroling mini-fig heads, a good sized x-mas tree with star on top, lots of toy presents, street lights, a light element, and plenty of mini-figs.
Price to brick ratio is good. No stickers. Compliments 2009 City Advent Calendar.
I prefer the Advent snowman over this sets though.2 out of 6 people thought this review was helpful.
More Accurate Colors
This set is very similar to previous releases of the TIE Fighter, except they replaced the blue bricks with gray. I never owned the previous version, so this was a no-brainer. If you own a previous version, you may want to sell your old version to pay for this new one. Although it is expensive ($29.99) for a 1 mini-figure set and 251 piece set, it is not as expensive as the UCS 10175 Vader's TIE Advanced for $99.

Great droid army builder
A must have for your droid army to compliment your foot soldiers. The spider droid has many points of articulation which makes great fun. The chain links on the hailfire droid is a nice touch, but I lost track of how many links I used, but I ended up with several extras. Each of the basic droids come with 2 different arm types (one to hold a gun correctly, the other that points sideways). Great variety.

Great model, large finished model
This is my first rebel vehicle, after building up my Imperial Army. I'm a little late in starting my Star Wars collection, but now I'm hooked.
The Y-wing Fighter is a great model and contains much detail especially on the surface rear of the cockpit. The two engines are cleverly designed.
The missiles and bombs can be annoying as they can fall out of the fighter easily. The avoid that I would suggest that you attach the bomb piece to the back end of the missile so that both stay on the plane at all times... I think it enhances the look of the model by having those green balls in the back.
This is a great set... I wish I was collecting a few years earlier.0 out of 0 people thought this review was helpful.
3 Minifigs + 3 Separate Grey Magnet Pieces
I'm glad this set came out since I missed the early lego sets with Boba Fett and Princess Leia. The minifigs are completely normal and they each come with special grey magnet pieces that they stand on. $5 per minifig is expensive, but considering what they went for on the after market prior to this set's release, it's priced fairly. I'll use the magnets for some other figures that I have extras of.
