No stress, easy drop off and pick up

The guy was really nice and the check in of luggage was fast. Just scan the QR code I got when I booked the storage and took couple of pics and that is it. Also the place is 4 minutes from Town Hall Station where you can take the train, metro or bus to wherever you want in Sydney. Very convenient. 5 stars all around.

Very good nothing stolen had a late flight so left luggage all day and came back and got it was super simple

The attendant was very nice and helpful. He explained the process to us very well. Could be improved if leaving luggage was by the hour rather than by day as we only wanted to leave for a few hours, however, were charged by day. Overall, very useful service and would use again if staying at an air bnb

No problems at all, got our luggage back 2 days later without any issues. Do note that your luggage is not stored in a locked or even seperate room though, it's literally just standing around the corner of the shop floor behind a wall.
