Pretty central place . More like a garage . Was a good experience . I handed them one less bag than I paid , because we decided to keep it with us , and there was no refund for that , which I don't know if it's something bounce already says somewhere, so I can't judge the place for that . Anyhow , the experience was good .

Friendly staff. The location is surprising because it's a garage, so there are no specific lockers for luggage, and it closes at 6 pm. However, the manager comes to collect the luggage after being informed of the time.

Excellent service. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Easy to find, easy to.store and take

The actual luggage storage is actually a few doors down from the hotel, and they offer slightly lower pricing there... The storage was super quick and easy and since it is only a couple of blocks from the train station it is perfect if you are traveling by train!

Really close to Strasbourg Station just a couple of minutes walk. Really helpful hotel receptionist. The storage is just across the road in a fully manned garage. Drop off is easy, (no lifting into lockers! ) as is pick up. If you arrive early in Strasbourg it’s absolutely ideal for dropping off your luggage, allowing you to explore for the day, unhindered, before you check in to your hotel. Would certainly use again.

Excellent place to leave bags. Fees were reasonable and they are well located close to the train station.

Drop off and pick up was easy and quick! Only thing was that they claimed to open at a certain time and were not so we left to grab breakfast then came back and they opened up shop.

Very polite staff. Suitcase dropped off in minutes. The shop is ideally located near Strasbourg train station. Luggage is photographed and stored in a locked room. Highly recommended.

The pickup and drop off process was super easy. Just note the location is not at the hotel but near by - follow the signs.

I am thankful I found this place, the guy was very accommodating and it is very near to the bus stop which is very convenient. Next time I will still keep my luggage here for a daytrip visit to Strasbourg.

The shop is well located right in the heart of the historic district. No problems with dropping off and picking up luggage! They alternate between customers and the luggage service, which avoids long waits.
