Discover Old San Juan luggage storage

I used luggage storage service and this location is very convenient for exploring Old San Juan. Check in and check out was a breeze and price is reasonable.

Staff was very helpful

Very easy to book. Used the wifi in the nearby Starbucks and walked only about 5 mins to the shop to drop off our bags. Be sure to book ahead. You will receive a QR code that is scanned at the store. Friendly staff and very efficient.

Great experience. Very quick and easy. Perfect location to drop off and then peruse old San Juan area for shopping and dining. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 b/c i requested an 8:30am drop off location in the app, but the shop doesn’t open till 9am so idk if that’s more of a Bounce app issue?

It took a really long time to drop the bags off but picking up was a breeze.

They held our luggage securely in a locked back room of the souvenir shop for a week. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. He very clearly labeled our luggage so that there would not be a mix up. The website stated they opened at 830am but here on Google maps and the sign on the door said 9am It appears that many types of businesses around Old San Juan will store your bags. As I looked around, many of the storage areas were in an open unsecured room or behind a curtain(easy access for anyone to take your luggage). Im glad I choose this place because of the central location, it’s part of a bigger business (Bounce Storage), you pay through the website, luggage was locked in a secure back room and the professional assistant. Thank you.

I would highly recommend dropping your luggage off at this location..they keep it in the back and provide you a tag. I was also allowed to use the restroom - really appreciate the customer service!

Fast and easy way to store your luggage while out exploring.

The location was conveniently close to the airport. We dropped off luggage's for a couple of hours to attend church. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even help book an Uber for us when our arranged taxi driver did not show up. Highly recommend them.

Perfect location for baggage as you can call Uber across the plaza to avoid going into one way streets. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall smooth pickup and dropoff. Will repeat. Highly recommended location for bounce.

Very kind and helpful man at Bounce Storage via the Bike Rental store. It is secure and close to the port exit. You can walk their in 7min to drop off luggage. From their you are minutes walking to all the stores in Old San Juan district. You can also get an Uber or taxi to the airport from the store. Would recommend.

If your cruise ship is at Muelle 4, this is the place for you! Easy booking, easy dropoff/pickup. Be sure to screenshot your booking QR code before you lose internet access if you don't have phone service.
