The luggage is stored securely, the place is organized and great. And the best part is there's a place to shower! I had a flight only at 9 PM, I left my bags, went to the beach, then we showered and left.

Super easy! This was my first time using the app and I was a little nervous about leaving my stuff. But the staff was very helpful and friendly and knew exactly why we were there when we showed up with bags, no need to explain. The place was clean and they had a separate room in the back where they stored the bags. We were able to use the bathroom and grab a snack before going off for our afternoon adventure! Highly recommend!

The dropoff was a little unexpected: the recipient was a uniformed guard in a secure-looking apartment building. Our Portuguese wasn’t good, and there was no use of QR code to verify our reservation as with all my prior Bounce transactions, but the venue felt quite safe. The 4 pieces were accepted, and the door personnel seemed to assure us that they knew what to do with it. When we returned several hours later, our luggage pickup was then carefully confirmed with QR code and handled by a man who knew exactly how the process worked.

Excellent option for those only staying one day in Rio. They store your belongings in a room with a number, which they open for you, and you leave your things inside. The app is 100% reliable. My experience was good. I wanted to leave my suitcases at the airport, but those who don't have cash in reais (I was returning to my country) don't accept Pix, which is how I managed my stay in Brazil. So, paying with Pix was much easier. I would use them again, thanks!

Very easy and simple check in process. You just show the QR code and the ladies scan it and take your bags. The storage is inside of a dry cleaners.
