At first glance, an untrustworthy self-service shop with foreign staff. Although I hesitated whether I really wanted to store an unsecured backpack with electronics in this establishment, I finally took the risk and was pleasantly surprised. I received the backpack in the morning in its original condition without any damage and in complete condition. I deduct 1* for the communication and appearance of the establishment, otherwise TOP.

Its very convenient. Near Metro and bis station. Staff is nice and accomodating.

The store itself is a bit cramped, but the staff were prompt and reliable. Great location for tourists departing from the Florenc Bus Terminal.

Customer service. There is an actual person checking your bags in and looking after them. 7€ per luggage item. The other self-check in facilities would only work if your phone sim works. And when something happens—- no one picks up the phone to assist. Nothing beats a real person like Bounce. Recommend this service above all else.

Easy drop off pick up process. Address on confirmation email did not match the actual address shown on google maps but not too hard to find.

Really handy spot to leave my bags for few hours. Super quick drop-off, friendly staff, and felt my stuff was safe. Made exploring so much easier not having to carry everything around!

A super friendly employee who followed the rules perfectly and even took a photo of our luggage. :) There was a separate area for luggage, which made a good impression!
