Place was great, very easy to deal with.

Smooth pickup and dropoff.

It was fine, although the entrance was a bit confusing as it was closed on one side.

Monica was great! The place is inside a Tabachi store, next to a restaurant that lets you use the bathroom if you need or to changr clothes if you need for Pisa tower photos. Quick and easy booking through the app. Perfect location as it’s so close to the Santa Maria Novela train station. It was wonderful not to have to lug our bags through the crowds of tourists. Although a little pricey since our Canadian dollar is at $1.62.

Easy to get to from train and walk to tower. Absolutely necessary to not haul luggage.

Super easy drop off and pick up didnt have to wait. He put numbeted tags on each of our bags associated with our QR code and promptly found our bags after reverified out QR code upon return. It was also only 2 minutes from the station. He was also flexible with the pickup time as I told him we would be coming back before our pickup time which he didn't have any issue with.

The host was brilliant, he was polite, considerate and went out of his way to help book a taxi for us to go to the airport and actually delayed and disturbed his lunch break to help us out.

Easy drop off and easy pick up. Enabled us to explore the Pisa Tower complex without our suitcases. 5 min walk from the tower, no more than 10 mins to Pisa Rossore Station.
