Staff was wonderful. Easy check in process. English speaking was a plus. Made our trip much more enjoyable.

Reliable and safe

The service was excellent! The luggage store is located inside a vape shop, and the staff were very helpful, especially the girls working there.

It will be helpful if they signaled the luggage drop/Bounce service on the window. It would be easier to locate it that way. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The location was optimal for my needs. Friendly staff. English is a bit difficult, but they understand Spanish better. You must first pay with the QR code outside the café.

Very good service, very friendly, and good hours. The only thing I would say is if they could improve security. Nothing happened to us, but they're very visible, which can be a bit scary. But everything was fine. Thank you very much.

Easy experience and wonderful drop off / pick up. No issues even though we were later to drop the bags off. Easy to locate with images and address. Will use the location again and Bounce was easy to use with many locations and convenient online booking system
