Overall good experience. Little uncertainty when dropping off bags (staff member a little unsure) and when picking up bags ( lunchtime) shop was closed and had to phone although someone came within minutes. Very handy location for station and castle.

Lovely guy- turns out we could only check rucksacks and not suitcases but took our suitcases anyway, asked when we would need them ready for our train and made sure they were behind the counter 10 mins before we were collecting. Also advised us to take photos of our tag numbers in case we lose them. Kid was also adorable and a great supervisor in his little baby bouncer!

The shop is really close to Wembley Stadium. There was no waiting time for our bags to be taken by the shop owner and also no waiting time to retrieve them. Nice an easy service !
