Very clean, comfortable, well-equipped hotel, professional and friendly staff

Near the station, just 5 minute walk

There were issues with the air conditioning and the cleanliness of the room, but they immediately changed our room. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was good. One of us needed gluten-free and lactose-free food, and although the breakfast guy (Sandro) was very nice and helpful, the buffet only offered a few savory items, no yogurt, and one sweet option, which I must say he generously gave us. Another small flaw: there was only one clothes rack with five hangers for three people, which could be improved. Overall, highly recommended; we'll return to the same chain when the opportunity arises.

Very pleasant staff, very quick service and convenient location, just a few steps from the train station.

Five minute walk from Perrache transit station. Very handy if there isn’t room for your larger bag(s) at the station lockers. You basically just give them to the hotel reception and they give you a ticket for each bag. 5 euros each bag.

Very nice and friendly people

We came to drop off our luggage by reserving a "locker" online. The two men at the reception desk were very friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. We were craving iced lemon tea, but they didn't have any in stock. One of the receptionists offered to make us one. It's very convenient to be able to drop off your luggage so you can go for a walk with lighter hands!
