Friendly staff and flexible with times. Highly recommend! The Google Maps link from the Bounce app sent us to the wrong address and we had a confusing situation with an Airbnb around the corner from the hotel as a result. Really weird. The app would give one house number and when viewing the address in maps, it would point to another. This is no doubt not the hotel's fault.

Very kind staff and good service. I recommend this place for luggage storage. Also, great location and feels safe to left luggage there.

Friendly staff. Super helpful in answering questions about Lucca that we had.

It went very well, the gentleman is very helpful, quick drop-off and pick-up of luggage. I don't know why an hour after dropping off the luggage I received a message telling me that I had picked up the luggage while I was walking around the city.

So easy, booked and securely paid online and when we arrived with our luggage the cafe staff helped our bags in. Dropping off/picking up took less than a minute. Would reccomend for the days between accommodation checkin/out ☺️

Excellent service. Perfect for a quick drop whilst spending a few hours in Lucca on my way to Pisa Airport from Florence.

Difficult to find because Bounce gave us an address on 9/2 and not 16. Once we found you the service was amazing, and right next to San Michele piazza so we could easily get round Lucca
