A wonderful, welcoming, and attentive atmosphere; you're treated like family, with complimentary water, coffee, and even the option to use their restroom if needed. Don't hesitate, book with your eyes closed, especially since it's in the heart of Lisbon. Asking for more would be unreasonable.

Man at the Lisbon office was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we were offered drinks and use of bathroom. Easy to use the service and fairly priced.

Incredibly friendly and kind host- went out of their way to offer help, use of the bathroom and refreshments and was an excellent communicator. Location is secure and centrally located. Would absolutely recommend! Tip for others: the address is reached through use of a call box if you don’t have the bounce app. Address is accurate and you’re looking for s/f.

Amazing service, we were staying in Baixa area. Checkout was at 12pm but flight wasn’t till 10 and we wanted to explore more of Lisbon without having to lug luggage around those hills! Left it at this luggage storage, and we were given tags to claim our luggage back. Very quick service, friendly staff and easy taxi access. Would 1000% recommend

Very practical, I didn't have any problems and the schedule is flexible, you don't need to follow what you register in the app, you can drop it off later and pick it up earlier or later without any issues.

Everything was great other than the price, but I guess you have to pay for the prime location.

Great experience. We flew into Lisbon very early in the morning and a lot of the other luggage storage places didn't open until 9 or 10. This place is 24/7 and in a hotel. We felt our luggage was very safe and did not worry at all about it while we were out and about. Would definitely use this again.

Great option to store luggage while wanting enjoying the city before a late departing flight. The Bounce store is inside an eyeglass store and was a block away from our apartment. We didn’t sign up ahead of time, but it was no problem. It was super easy with no wait to drop off our luggage and pick it up later after a day at the beach. The price was good too for four pieces of luggage - about 26 euros.
