Discover Taksim Square luggage storage

We left two backpacks in storage for 8 hours for 400 lira (around 10 euros), and the experience was excellent. A very kind and welcoming young woman greeted us and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for secure and friendly luggage storage!

Great service! I had a heavy suitcase, and it was met with smiles and no problems "I'm strong!".

Overall, it was a positive experience. The location can be a bit difficult to find, and you may need to call the staff on duty in case they are not present at the hotel. However, the luggage is stored securely, and a photo is taken at drop-off for added reassurance. All in all, it was a smooth and successful experience.

I used Bounce luggage storage at Utarit Hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience. The location was very convenient, the staff were helpful, and the service was quick and easy. The place was a bit hard to find as there were no signages, only a door with a keypad on the left. Nevertheless, the brother was kind and accommodating. It was a very cold, rainy and tiring day but he welcomed us warmly.

Very helpful staff carried our cases from taxi down steps to hotel. And again when we collected our bags. All very quick and easy, well worth doing.

The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, even helped with the stairs. Left the luggage for couple of hours and got it back safely. It is a nice hotel and thus, i had no worries about the safety. Highly recommend.

Helpful and friendly service, they even helped with the bags to the road.

Staff needs to be a bit more responsive. I went to drop off the bags and he didn’t even check the booking reference and said ok you can go. I asked him don’t you need to check anything and then he said ok tell me the details. On pick up he wasn’t inside the office our bags were left sitting unattended.

Hard to find, but the staff were fantastic

The staff at the storage facility were really nice and accommodating. The only problem we ran into was the facility is located on a pedestrian street so taxis would not drop off and pick up from the location - we had to walk for about 2 minutes with luggage each time.
