The process was quick and easy, prices were very reasonable, and I felt completely confident leaving my belongings here. The location is super convenient, the place is clean and well-organised, and everything felt safe and secure. They were also very flexible with timing, which made travelling around Hanoi stress-free while waiting for transport. we met with the lady who owned the store and she was so friendly and even let us use her toilet past the luggage pickup timing to freshen up knowing we were going to board the sleeper bus. she even offered the shower although we did not have enough time. 10/10 will recommend!

Easy to find and the process was very quick. It was an art gallery; they also gave us water, and the woman was very nice. She offered to close later if we needed to stay out longer. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. They were very kind and helpful. When we came back to pick up our bags, they brought us each a bottle of water and offered their bathroom facilities for us to freshen up before the next leg of our trip. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to store your luggage temporarily.

Thank you so much to Ms. Yen for her welcoming services and she even let us use her bathroom before we left for Sapa on a sleeper bus to prepare for the night. Amazing person and she kept our luggage for the whole day.

We booked again after coming back to Hanoi and only had a day trip. It was convenient to book our luggages to her gallery as it was near the places we wanted to visit. Right before we left, she offered to having our phones charged there, gave us free bottled water, use her toilet, and found us a driver to drive us to the airport. Will definitely book her gallery again when we come back to Hanoi! Lastly, 10/10 for the artworks she displays on her gallery, we bought 4 artworks from her and even gave us discount!

Best place to store your luggages as it was right in the middle of Old Quarter. The lady was very accommodating and friendly. She even let use the toilet and gave us free bottled water before we left her place.

Best service I had on luggage storage and services! Highly recommended, very helpful and accommodating! Had a problem booking grab(driver cancelled the booking after seeing several luggage) to move the luggage out after we took it from the storage. They (bounce) did extra service completely free to help us bring several luggage to our bus pick up point Thank you for the help! Very tourist friendly service

Nice art gallery. The lady in charge is super friendly and took our luggage for some hours. The only downside is price. I think is expensive for Vietnam

They are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us transfer our 9 luggages to our next destination. Very helpful indeed even giving recommendations. Also very easy to communicate with. You will never worry about your luggages when you store it with them.

Great staff, lovely space felt secure took pictures of our bags and checked our name for collection. Also offered us tea and some discounts on their spa offerings. Would use again!

Everything was top-notch. It's located inside an art gallery. There's no special sign. Payment is by card only, using a QR code scan. After we picked up our luggage, they even gave us some water for the journey. Thank you for your care and attention.

This my first time dropping off my luggage to a storage place and the experience was really good and smooth process. The staff were lovely and were really accommodating and they made the experience awesome.

We used their luggage service on our last day in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and even accompanied us to the Graab meeting point which took us to the airport.
